Welcome to VAutomate. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all hardware, software, installation, after-sales service, and support provided by VAutomate anywhere in Pakistan.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this website or place an order.

1. About VAutomate

VAutomate provides smart home automation products, installation services, and support. All hardware sold under the VAutomate brand is proprietary, designed in-house, and built using widely accepted communication protocols to ensure long-term compatibility and system scalability.

2. Use of Website

You may browse this website without creating an account. If you submit your information through forms, chat, or inquiry tools, you agree that the information provided is accurate.

You agree not to:

  • copy or reproduce website content

  • attempt to access backend systems

  • use the website for fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to update this website at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order for any VAutomate product or booking installation:

  • You agree to pay the full amount mentioned in the quotation/invoice.

  • Prices may vary based on availability, import variations, or component updates.

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after advance payment (if applicable).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

4. Installation & On-Site Service

VAutomate provides nationwide installation and technical support across Pakistan.

Installation Includes:

  • Delivery, configuration, mounting, and testing of devices

  • Basic automation setup (as mutually agreed)

  • Customer orientation on usage

You Are Responsible For:

  • Providing access to the installation site

  • Ensuring electrical safety of the premises

  • Ensuring stable Wi-Fi or network availability (if required for certain features)

If installation is delayed due to customer-side issues, rescheduling charges may apply.

5. 2-Year Warranty (VAutomate Branded Products)

VAutomate offers a 2-year limited warranty on all branded switches, sensors, hubs, and modules.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware failure under normal usage

  • Repair or replacement of defective units

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage caused by electrical surges

  • Water damage

  • Physical damage/mishandling

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Third-party hardware added by the customer

Service Response Time

On-site maintenance is available across Pakistan. Response times vary by city but typically range from 24 to 72 hours.

6. Compatibility & System Scalability

VAutomate products work on open, widely accepted communication protocols, ensuring:

  • No vendor lock-in

  • Easy future scaling

  • Compatibility with a wide range of ecosystems

  • Ability to integrate additional devices later

However, performance of third-party devices cannot be guaranteed unless approved by VAutomate.

7. Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

7.1 Order Cancellation (Before Installation)

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund

  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before installation: refund minus administrative charges

7.2 Refunds After Installation

Once installed, automation products are considered custom-fitted electronic equipment and cannot be returned for a refund unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

7.3 Replacement

Defective hardware within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost, provided damage is not customer-caused.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the system as instructed

  • Avoid tampering with wiring or automation modules

  • Keep the environment safe for technicians

  • Notify VAutomate immediately in case of malfunction

9. Limitation of Liability

VAutomate is not liable for:

  • Loss due to electrical surges, wiring faults, or unstable power

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligent handling

  • Loss of data, loss of business, or indirect damages

  • Issues caused by unauthorized third-party installations

Our maximum liability is capped at the total amount paid by the customer for affected products/services.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, product designs, system architecture, and automation workflows are the exclusive property of VAutomate.

Copying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing any part of the system is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We follow strict internal policies to protect your personal data.

Information is used only for:

  • communication

  • installation

  • service updates

  • warranty verification

  • security & fraud prevention

We never sell or share your data with unaffiliated third parties.

You may request deletion of personal information anytime by contacting us.

12. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies to improve user experience, analyze traffic, and understand site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but certain features may not work properly.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Karachi (or nearest relevant jurisdiction).
